- Sealed Condition Requirement: Because our products consist of Ayurvedic and consumable items, they are sealed tightly at the time of manufacture for safety and hygiene.
- Strict Seal Policy: Only strictly sealed, unopened products can be accepted for a return and refund within 7 days of receipt. If the safety seal is broken, opened, or tampered with, the product will not be accepted for return or refund.

- Inspection: Once your returned package is received at our facility, it will undergo a physical verification check to ensure the bottles or containers are completely sealed and undamaged.
- Approval: If the product passes inspection as unopened and sealed, a refund will be officially initiated.
3Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved and processed from our end, payment gateways and banking channels typically take around 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect back in your original bank account, wallet, or credit card.
