• Pure & Natural: All products manufactured and traded by AYMVI India Private Limited are crafted from naturally grown and organic ingredients.
• Personal Responsibility: While our products are chemical-free, individual sensitivities to natural herbs, oils, or botanical ingredients may vary. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing patch tests before using skincare or personal care items.

3Orders, Pricing, and Availability

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names, slogans ("AYMVI Feel the Purity"), product designs, and text content associated with AYMVI India Private Limited are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of any company intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AYMVI India Private Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, improper storage, or unexpected allergic reactions.

7Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali / Chandigarh, Punjab.
